The building is a classic example of industrial archaeology, which was realised at the end of the XIX century as railway warehouse and during the XX century it was used as movie set and contemporary art laboratory. It is possible to access the garden both from an entrance which is situated in via De Castillia and from Largo De Benedetti, close to via Melchiorre Gioia, in the real heart of the new Isola district, which has been recently valued with architectural works and green areas.

The space is divided into two spaces: the ground floor is perfect for exhibitions and light games, the first floor with a natural light is ideal for showrooms, sales, press days and promotional activities.
